
Senior Business Analyst, AML

- Conduct thorough analysis of AML regulations and identify potential risks and areas for improvement within the company's processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
- Utilize data analysis to monitor and track AML risks and develop solutions to mitigate those risks.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead and support AML-related projects, including developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date on current AML regulations and industry trends to ensure the company's compliance program remains effective.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote a strong AML compliance culture.
- Train and educate employees on AML regulations and compliance procedures.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of AML processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of AML controls and make recommendations for enhancements or improvements.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, With At Least 2 Years Of Experience Specifically In Anti-Money Laundering (Aml) Compliance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Aml Laws, Regulations, And Industry Best Practices, Including Those Related To Customer Due Diligence, Transaction Monitoring, And Suspicious Activity Reporting.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Complex Data Sets To Identify Trends, Patterns, And Potential Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience Presenting Findings And Recommendations To Senior Leadership And Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Cams (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) Or Acams (Association Of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists) Are Preferred.
