- Evaluate and select appropriate automation tools and technologies.

- Mentor and guide junior team members in automation best practices.
- Continuously enhance and improve existing automation processes.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in automation technology.

- Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with other teams to integrate automation into the overall development process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize automation efforts.
- Ensure high-quality and reliable automation solutions are delivered on time.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, And Cucumber, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Maintaining Automated Test Suites.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Methodologies And Experience Working In Agile/Scrum Teams, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Developers And Other Cross-Functional Team Members.
Experience Designing And Implementing End-To-End Automated Testing Solutions For Complex Systems, Including Integration And Performance Testing.
Proven Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Automation Engineers, Providing Guidance And Support In Developing And Executing Automated Tests And Troubleshooting Issues.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Stakeholders And Drive Resolution Of Technical Challenges.
