  1. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive quality assurance program for our internal audit practices.
  2. Collaborate with internal audit teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  3. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies through regular audits and risk assessments.
  4. Provide guidance and support to audit teams in implementing best practices and maintaining high-quality standards.
  5. Conduct regular reviews of audit procedures and documentation to identify areas for improvement and ensure consistency and accuracy.
  6. Monitor and track audit findings and recommendations, and work with management to develop action plans for remediation.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify potential risks and make recommendations for risk mitigation.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for internal audit practices and provide training and support to audit teams as needed.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in internal auditing and make recommendations for process improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Internal Or External Audit: A Senior Audit Manager, Practices- Quality Assurance Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Internal Or External Auditing, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Audit Teams.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements: As A Senior Audit Manager, Practices- Quality Assurance, One Must Have A Deep Understanding Of Relevant Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards, Such As Sarbanes-Oxley (Sox), Coso, And Ffiec Guidelines.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team And Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels, Including Senior Management And Regulatory Agencies.

  • Analytical And Critical Thinking Abilities: A Senior Audit Manager, Practices- Quality Assurance Must Possess Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills To Identify Risks And Issues, Evaluate Internal Controls, And Develop Effective Audit Plans And Recommendations.

  • Professional Certifications: Candidates Should Hold Professional Certifications Such As Certified Internal Auditor (Cia), Certified Public Accountant (Cpa), Or Certified Information Systems Auditor (Cisa) To Demonstrate Their Knowledge And Expertise In Auditing Practices And Quality Assurance.
