  1. Develop and implement innovative talent assessment strategies to attract and identify top talent for the company.
  2. Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments of candidates to determine their potential for success in the company.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand the talent needs of the organization.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in talent assessment to continuously improve and evolve the company's approach.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent assessment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  6. Build relationships with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in talent assessment.
  7. Support and coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and decision-making processes.
  8. Develop and deliver training programs on talent assessment for managers and leaders.
  9. Ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to talent assessment by implementing strategies to mitigate bias and promote diversity and inclusion.
  10. Develop and analyze key metrics to measure the success of talent assessment initiatives and provide regular reports to leadership.
  11. Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership and advancement opportunities within the company.
  12. Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  13. Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other events to attract top talent.
  14. Stay current on labor laws and regulations related to talent assessment and ensure compliance.
  15. Mentor and provide guidance to other members of the talent assessment team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Talent Assessment And Selection, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Strong Understanding Of Assessment Methodologies And Best Practices, Including Proficiency In Administering And Interpreting Various Assessment Tools

  • Excellent Project Management Skills And Ability To Lead And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Provide Data-Driven Insights And Recommendations For Talent Decisions.
