- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Commercial team at Capital One.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough and effective screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
- Review and analyze candidate resumes and applications to determine their suitability for open positions.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and other recruitment initiatives to promote Capital One as an employer of choice.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information in the applicant tracking system.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One and promote our mission and values to potential candidates.
- Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the recruitment process.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and other team members as needed.
