1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for the Commercial team at Capital One.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, career fairs, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
3. Conduct thorough and effective screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
6. Review and analyze candidate resumes and applications to determine their suitability for open positions.

11. Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and metrics.
12. Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the recruitment process.
14. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies to attract and retain top talent.
15. Mentor and provide guidance to junior recruiters and other team members as needed.
