- Analyze Cyber Exceptions: The Senior Associate will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating existing cyber exceptions within the organization. This includes identifying potential vulnerabilities and addressing them in a timely manner.
- Develop Risk Management Strategies: This role requires the Senior Associate to develop comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate potential cyber threats. This may involve conducting risk assessments, identifying security gaps, and implementing necessary controls.
- Monitor Cyber Security Policies: The Senior Associate will be responsible for monitoring cyber security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. They will also make recommendations for updates and improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with Team: This position requires working closely with the Cyber Governance & Risk team to identify and resolve cyber security issues. The Senior Associate will need to collaborate effectively with team members to develop and implement solutions.
- Stay Informed on Cyber Threats: The Senior Associate will need to stay up-to-date on the latest cyber threats and industry trends. They will use this knowledge to enhance the organization's cyber security practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct Training and Awareness: The Senior Associate may be responsible for conducting training and awareness sessions for employees on cyber security best practices. This includes educating employees on potential risks and how to prevent cyber attacks.
- Report and Communicate: The Senior Associate will be responsible for reporting and communicating cyber security risks and incidents to appropriate stakeholders within the organization. They will need to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.

Bachelor's Degree In Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Cybersecurity Or Risk Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Cyber Governance Frameworks, Risk Assessments, And Exception Management Processes.
Experience With Analyzing And Reporting On Cyber Exceptions, Identifying Potential Risks, And Recommending Remediation Actions.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Nist, Pci, And Gdpr.
