  1. Develop and implement capital markets and risk-treasury management strategies to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Analyze and monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making and ensure the organization is well-positioned in the financial landscape.
  3. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on capital markets and risk-treasury related matters.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as finance, accounting, and legal, to develop and execute effective strategies.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to capital markets and risk-treasury management.
  7. Stay informed about industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform strategy.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support capital markets and risk-treasury initiatives.

  10. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements or automation.
  11. Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and knowledge in capital markets and risk-treasury management.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to stay informed about market trends and network with industry professionals.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including risk management and compliance standards.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve capital markets and risk-treasury management processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Economics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Capital Markets Or Treasury Management, Preferably Within A Financial Institution

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets, Risk Management Principles, And Regulatory Requirements

  • Proficiency In Financial Analysis And Modeling, With Advanced Excel Skills

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Financial Concepts To Stakeholders At All Levels.
