  1. Provide administrative support to senior leadership team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Act as the first point of contact for the senior leadership team, greeting visitors and answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Maintain and organize important documents, files, and records for the senior leadership team.
  4. Assist with the preparation and distribution of meeting materials, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  5. Manage and prioritize incoming emails, inquiries, and requests for the senior leadership team.
  6. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination within the organization.
  7. Proactively identify and address any administrative or operational issues that may arise to ensure the smooth functioning of the senior leadership team.
  8. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support the senior leadership team in decision-making and project management.
  9. Prepare and submit expense reports and track budget expenditures for the senior leadership team.
  10. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
  11. Liaise with external stakeholders and vendors on behalf of the senior leadership team.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency within the team.
  13. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry trends to ensure compliance and keep the team informed.
  14. Participate in team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on any action items.
  15. Provide support for special projects and events as assigned by the senior leadership team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Individuals At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably At A Senior Level.

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software, With The Ability To Learn New Systems Quickly.
