
Senior Administrative Assistant (Administrative Support Assistant III) EP Tech- Developer Experience

- Manage and maintain calendars for team members, including scheduling meetings and appointments, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely attendance.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation, and preparing itineraries.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the EP Tech- Developer Experience team, including but not limited to drafting emails, creating presentations, and organizing documents.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests, both internally and externally, and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and coordination of tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of technology and its terminology, and be able to effectively communicate with team members on technical matters.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a liaison between the EP Tech- Developer Experience team and other departments and stakeholders within the organization.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of the team and provide support as needed.
- Ensure all administrative tasks, such as expense reports, budget tracking, and supply orders, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Take initiative to solve problems and troubleshoot issues that arise, seeking assistance when needed.
- Uphold the values and culture of the organization, representing Capital One in a professional manner at all times.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development, staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Administrative Support Experience, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Lead Role.
Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite, Including Advanced Skills In Excel And Powerpoint.
Experience Supporting Executive Level Leaders, With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Tasks And Deadlines.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Anticipate And Proactively Address Administrative Needs.
Knowledge Of Ep Tech And Developer Experience, With The Ability To Provide Technical Support And Troubleshoot Issues As Needed.
