  1. Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
  3. Act as a liaison between senior executives and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely follow-up.
  4. Create and edit documents, presentations, and other materials for senior executives.
  5. Monitor and prioritize incoming emails, calls, and requests, and handle them in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Coordinate and plan internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, materials, and agendas.
  7. Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making and problem-solving for senior executives.
  8. Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  9. Collaborate with other administrative assistants and team members to ensure seamless operations and support for all executives.
  10. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in administrative tasks.
  11. Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by senior executives.
  12. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives to ensure accurate and timely support.
  13. Serve as a positive and professional representative of the company, both internally and externally.
  14. Display a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Support Role, Preferably In A Corporate Setting

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office Suite And Other Relevant Software Programs

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Professionally With All Levels Of Staff And External Stakeholders

  • Strong Organizational And Time-Management Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Handle Multiple Projects Simultaneously
