SailPoint Engineer

We are looking for a SailPoint Engineer who is passionate about technology and security to join our team at Capital One. The ideal candidate will be familiar with identity governance and security best practices, have a strong technical background in enterprise security, and be able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders to ensure successful deployments. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, at least 5 years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), and extensive hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ. In addition, the successful candidate will have knowledge of ITIL processes and SOX/PCI/GLBA compliance requirements, as well as experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and PowerShell. We are looking for someone who can think critically, solve problems, and take initiative. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to take complex requirements and translate them into clear objectives. Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ governance solutions
• Develop and maintain scripts using JavaScript and PowerShell
• Monitor and analyze identity and access management system performance
• Identify and resolve technical and security issues related to identity and access management
• Create and modify user access and permission controls
• Develop and document best practices for identity and access management
• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful deployments
• Manage ITIL processes and SOX/PCI/GLBA compliance requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Stay up-to-date with the latest identity and access management technologies and best practices
