- Act as the main point of contact for clients and handle all inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client experience.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in the market to better serve clients.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and targets set by the company.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Capital One, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
- Continuously develop and improve relationships management skills through training and learning opportunities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management to enhance the client experience.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management Or Customer Service.
