  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and support.
  3. Utilize expertise in credit cards and payments to educate and guide clients towards making informed financial decisions.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and propose solutions to meet client needs.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to credit cards and payments.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling our products and services to clients.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.
  9. Proactively identify and address potential issues or concerns with clients to ensure a positive experience.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in credit cards and payments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management, Preferably In The Credit Card Or Payments Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Payment Processing Systems And Credit Card Industry Trends

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
