  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients in the credit card and payment industry.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
  3. Utilize knowledge of the financial industry to understand and meet the specific needs of each client.
  4. Develop customized solutions that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to increase revenue and grow business partnerships.

  9. Meet and exceed sales targets by expanding client relationships and driving business growth.
  10. Provide training and support to clients on how to effectively use our products and services.
  11. Keep detailed records of client interactions and provide regular reports on account activity.
  12. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and generate leads for potential clients.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
  15. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Business Cards And Payment Products, As Well As The Ability To Explain And Sell These Products To Clients.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
