- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients in the credit card and payment industry.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for client retention and satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Relationship Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Business Cards And Payment Products, As Well As The Ability To Explain And Sell These Products To Clients.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Partners.
