
Relationship Manager, Business Cards & Payments - Acquisitions

This role will focus specifically on acquiring new clients and expanding our business card and payment solutions. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. - Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand business card and payment solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- Utilize industry knowledge and market trends to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and efficient delivery of services.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, constantly seeking ways to improve and grow the business.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed on industry developments and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and updated client records and documentation.
- Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences to promote services and build brand awareness.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Marketing.
Previous Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Knowledge Of Business Cards And Payment Solutions, Including Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Acquiring New Business And Meeting Sales Targets.
