- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new business in the small business and commercial space.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive growth and retention.
- Actively prospect and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, needs, and opportunities in the payments industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to stay informed and identify potential partnerships or collaborations.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize sales tools and technology to track progress, analyze data, and report on key metrics.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Stay updated on product and industry knowledge to effectively communicate and educate clients on available solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their success in the role.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all interactions and transactions.
- Continuously seek out new business opportunities and innovative ways to improve processes and drive growth.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Relationship Management Or Business Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Credit Card And Payment Products.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Acquiring New Business And Building Lasting Relationships With Clients.
