As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape and representing our company as a liaison with regulatory agencies. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry regulations and changes, and provide guidance to the company on compliance requirements.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis on regulatory issues and provide recommendations to senior management.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and serve as the primary point of contact for all regulatory inquiries and requests.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance in all aspects of the business, including product development, marketing, and operations.
  6. Review and approve marketing materials, disclosures, and other communications to ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and develop corrective action plans.
  8. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  9. Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of regulatory developments and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Serve as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters and provide guidance to other departments as needed.
  12. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  13. Stay current on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure continuous compliance.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to regulatory compliance activities.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Finance, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Regulatory Affairs Or Compliance Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal And State Financial Regulations, Including Those Related To Banking, Consumer Protection, And Privacy.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Liaise With Regulatory Agencies And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Navigating Complex Regulatory Environments And Implementing Compliance Strategies To Mitigate Risk For The Company.
