- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for the Observability & Governance product portfolio.
- Lead and manage a team of product specialists to ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
- Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the product portfolio.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and usage data to continuously improve the product and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about competitors' products and strategies to identify potential threats and opportunities for differentiation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
- Create and deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate product updates and strategies.
- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.

Strong Technical Background: A Product Manager For Observability & Governance At Capital One Must Have A Solid Understanding Of System Architecture, Infrastructure, And Cloud Technologies. This Includes Knowledge Of Monitoring Tools, Logging Systems, And Data Governance Frameworks.
Experience In Product Management: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Tech Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products From Ideation To Launch And Beyond.
Understanding Of Observability And Governance Concepts: Familiarity With Observability And Governance Concepts Such As Distributed Tracing, Metrics, And Compliance Is Crucial For This Role. Candidates Should Have A Deep Understanding Of How These Concepts Impact Product Development And Customer Experience.
Analytical And Data-Driven Mindset: A Strong Product Manager For Observability & Governance At Capital One Should Have Excellent Analytical Skills And Be Able To Make Data-Driven Decisions.
