- Develop and execute strategies and initiatives to enhance the employee experience and enable a productive and engaged workforce.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and other cross-functional partners to deliver innovative solutions that drive workforce enablement.
- Conduct research and gather insights to inform product development and ensure alignment with employee needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand business objectives and priorities and ensure alignment with product roadmap.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Manage product budget and resources effectively to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in employee experience and workforce enablement to continuously improve and evolve product offerings.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and results to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Or A Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Associate Experience And Workforce Enablement Strategies
Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Launching Successful Products Or Initiatives
