- Develop and execute product strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Airkey team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Drive product innovation: Continuously research and identify new and innovative product ideas to enhance the Airkey team's digital products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define product roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
- Analyze data and metrics: Regularly analyze data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch maintenance and enhancements.
- Manage product budget: Work with the finance team to manage the product budget and ensure cost-effective product development.
- Communicate product updates: Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Stay informed of industry trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
- Mentor and lead team members: Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the product.

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through The Entire Product Lifecycle.
