  1. Develop and execute product strategy: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Airkey team, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  2. Drive product innovation: Continuously research and identify new and innovative product ideas to enhance the Airkey team's digital products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.
  4. Define product roadmap: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
  5. Conduct market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends to inform product decisions.
  6. Analyze data and metrics: Regularly analyze data and metrics to track product performance and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Manage product lifecycle: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch to post-launch maintenance and enhancements.
  8. Manage product budget: Work with the finance team to manage the product budget and ensure cost-effective product development.
  9. Communicate product updates: Effectively communicate product updates and changes to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  11. Mentor and lead team members: Mentor and lead team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals and contribute to the overall success of the product.
  12. Uphold company values and standards: Represent the company's values and standards, ensuring that all product decisions align with the company's mission and vision.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies And Experience In Leading Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Through The Entire Product Lifecycle.
