- Lead product strategy and innovation for adtech and digital marketing technology at Capital One.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential partnerships in the adtech and digital marketing industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and data analytics, to develop and launch new products and features.
- Define product vision and roadmap, and effectively communicate it to stakeholders and team members.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and emerging technologies in adtech and digital marketing, and make recommendations for their integration into our products.
- Lead product planning and prioritization, balancing business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives, clients, and partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of product professionals, providing guidance and support to drive their growth and success.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure products comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on adtech and digital marketing technology, providing insights and guidance to other teams within the company.

Strong Understanding Of Adtech And Digital Marketing Technology: The Product Manager Should Have Extensive Knowledge And Experience In The Adtech And Digital Marketing Technology Space, Including A Deep Understanding Of Industry Trends, Best Practices, And Emerging Technologies.
