- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for high-level positions within the company
- Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and create targeted recruitment plans

- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role and company culture

Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Recruiting Best Practices And Strategies, With A Focus On Diversity And Inclusion.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Sourcing, Attracting, And Hiring Top Talent.
