- Lead and manage complex data projects for the Enterprise Data team to support the overall business goals of the company.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Effectively communicate project scope, objectives, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address any roadblocks or issues that may arise.
- Mentor and coach project team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to successfully deliver on project goals.
- Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
- Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigations.
- Foster a culture of innovation and drive the development of new and improved data solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data technology to inform project strategy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments within the organization to ensure seamless integration and alignment of data projects.
- Manage project budgets and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote high performance and accountability.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures to drive efficiency and quality in project delivery.
- Represent the Enterprise Data team in meetings and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Principal Project Manager - Enterprise Data Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Delivering Large-Scale Projects With Complex Data Requirements. This Includes Experience With Project Planning, Resource Allocation, Risk Management, And Stakeholder Communication.
Strong Understanding Of Data Management Principles: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Data Management Concepts, Including Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, And Data Integration. The Ideal Candidate Should Be Able To Apply These Principles To Ensure The Success Of Enterprise Data Initiatives.
Leadership Skills: A Principal Project Manager - Enterprise Data Should Have Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Project Managers, Data Analysts, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Team Members To Deliver High-Quality Work Within Tight Deadlines.
