Principal Associate, UX/UI Designer - eData

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our digital products and services in order to create a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into intuitive user interface designs.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve and optimize the user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Advocate for the user by identifying pain points and proposing innovative solutions.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with product managers to prioritize design projects and ensure timely delivery.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers on the team.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience of our digital products and services.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve designs.
- Contribute to the overall design strategy and vision for the eData team.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality designs within specified deadlines.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Ux/Ui Design, Preferably In The Edata Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Design Projects.
Expertise In Human-Centered Design Principles, With A Strong Focus On User Research And Testing.
Proficiency In User Interface Design Tools Such As Sketch, Figma, And Adobe Creative Suite.
