  1. Lead a team of support professionals and drive operational excellence for Windows systems.
  2. Ensure timely and effective resolution of Windows platform-related issues.
  3. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to team members, including troubleshooting complex issues.
  5. Monitor system performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and drive innovation.
  7. Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management and clients, to provide updates on support operations and escalate critical issues.
  10. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Windows administration and support.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance support operations.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Background: A Principal Associate In Support Operations (Windows) At Capital One Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Windows Operating Systems And Associated Technologies, Including Active Directory, Group Policy, And Powershell Scripting.

  • Project Management Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Manage Complex Projects With Multiple Stakeholders, Timelines, And Deliverables. Candidates Should Have Experience In Project Management Methodologies, Such As Agile Or Waterfall, And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Project Updates To Various Teams.
