  1. Lead and manage high-impact projects within Capital One, ensuring they are completed successfully and on time.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and deliver exceptional results for our customers.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
  4. Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate any risks or issues that may arise.
  5. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders, including senior management.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project management within the organization.
  7. Mentor and coach project team members to enhance their project management skills and knowledge.
  8. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
  9. Continuously evaluate project outcomes and make recommendations for future improvements.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in project management techniques to continuously enhance performance.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Create And Manage Project Plans, Track Progress, And Communicate Effectively With Team Members And Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Capital One Is A Financial Services Company, So The Principal Associate, Project Manager Should Have Experience Working In This Industry. This Includes A Thorough Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance.

  • Leadership And People Management: As A Principal Associate, Project Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Project Managers, As Well As The Ability To Mentor And Develop Team Members.
