
Principal Associate, Process Manager
At Capital One we are searching for a talented and experienced Principal Associate, Process Manager to join our team. This dynamic individual will be responsible for leading a team of Process Managers in the development and implementation of highly effective processes for our internal operations. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in process improvement, process optimization, and process re-engineering. They will have a deep understanding of the process life-cycle from end-to-end and will be comfortable working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. A successful Principal Associate, Process Manager will be organized, resourceful, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field• 8+ years’ experience in process improvement/optimization• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in process development and implementation• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Knowledge of process mapping, process analysis, and process design• Demonstrated ability to develop process improvement plans and track progress• Working knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Process Managers in the development and implementation of effective processes for internal operations.
- Utilize process improvement, optimization, and re-engineering methodologies.
- Develop and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Utilize process mapping, process analysis, and process design.

- Monitor and evaluate process performance.
- Implement process change and improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and present process reports to stakeholders.
