- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR related matters.
- Proactively identify and address HR issues and concerns, collaborating with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions.
- Lead and manage the performance management process, including coaching and developing managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Foster a culture of high-performance and inclusivity by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new associates, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of associates.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and employment laws, ensuring compliance and mitigating any potential risks.
- Build strong relationships with associates at all levels, providing support and guidance on career development and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR leadership team.
- Embody the company's values and mission, serving as a role model for associates and promoting a positive work culture.
- Continuously seek ways to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, conducting surveys and gathering feedback to inform HR strategies.
- Act as a change agent, driving and supporting change initiatives to positively impact the organization.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Hr Business Partnering And Employee Relations.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
Proven Track Record Of Effectively Partnering With Senior Leaders And Driving Strategic Hr Initiatives.
Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Handling Complex Employee Relations Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
