
Principal Associate, Data Analyst - Loyalty Platform

- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to drive growth and optimize the loyalty program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Utilize statistical tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to design, implement, and test new features and enhancements for the loyalty platform.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and drive innovation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
- Communicate complex data and technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to non-technical audiences.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and loyalty programs.
- Lead and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to help them develop their analytical skills and achieve their goals.
- Uphold company values and maintain a high level of professionalism while representing the company in interactions with clients and partners.
A Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Computer Science, Data Analytics, Or Business Intelligence.
Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis, Including Proficiency In Sql, Python, And/Or R.
Knowledge Of Advanced Statistical Methods And Data Mining Techniques.
Experience With Loyalty Platforms Or Customer Loyalty Programs.
Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
