
Principal Associate, Contract Management

- Manage a portfolio of contracts, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contract terms.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including deadlines and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries and issues.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties to negotiate and resolve contract disputes.
- Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts are properly executed and documented.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in contract management.
- Prepare regular reports on contract status and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and improve contract management processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Participate in contract negotiations and contribute to the development of negotiation strategies.
- Monitor and track contract renewals and expirations, ensuring timely action is taken.
- Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Procurement, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Knowledge Of Contract Law, Negotiation Strategies, And Risk Management Principles.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Mitigate Potential Contractual Risks.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.
