  1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to Capital One.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue from existing and potential clients.
  3. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  5. Utilize data and market insights to identify and target potential clients.
  6. Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Capital One's products and services.
  7. Act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business strategies and approaches.
  9. Lead and mentor junior members of the client development team, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  10. Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences to network and promote our brand.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions and sales activities.
  12. Continuously monitor and evaluate client satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvement.
  13. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  14. Collaborate with other departments within Capital One to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Client Development And Relationship Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Client Development, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Strong Client Relationships, As Well As A Deep Understanding Of The Client Development Process.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Principal Associate, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Client Development Associates. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Drive Results.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, As Well As Strong Interpersonal Skills. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Clients At All Levels, As Well As Internal Stakeholders, To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships.
