  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all guests at the airport lounge, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

  9. Keep accurate records of guest interactions, feedback, and any relevant information for future reference.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and enhance the overall customer experience at the airport lounge.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company in a positive light at all times.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service and hospitality.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of guests and employees.
  14. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities.
  15. Complete any other duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Hospitality Or Aviation Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With Experience In Supervising And Training A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With High-Profile Clients And Handle Difficult Situations With Professionalism.
