  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers visiting the branch location.
  2. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized assistance.
  3. Serve as a brand ambassador for Capital One, promoting the bank's values and services.
  4. Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude in all interactions with customers and team members.
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and other branch staff, communicating any concerns or feedback.
  6. Handle a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
  7. Educate customers on new products and services offered by Capital One.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a positive experience for customers.
  9. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  10. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and targets.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in banking regulations.
  13. Adhere to all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.
  14. Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance knowledge and skills.
  15. Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and team members.
