Job Qualifications

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Represent The Company And Interact With Customers.

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Such As Retail Or Hospitality, Is Preferred. A Candidate With A Strong Focus On Providing Exceptional Customer Service Will Excel In This Role.

  • Sales Experience: The Branch Ambassador Will Be Responsible For Promoting And Selling Bank Products And Services. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Some Sales Experience And Be Comfortable With Meeting Sales Targets.

  • Time Management Skills: As A Part-Time Position, It Is Important For The Branch Ambassador To Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks. This Will Ensure That All Customer Needs Are Met In A Timely Manner.

  • Knowledge Of Banking Products: While Not Required, Having A Basic Understanding Of Banking Products And Services Will Be Beneficial In This Role. This Will Allow The Branch Ambassador To Confidently Promote And Explain These Products To Customers.
