  1. Manage and develop strategic relationships with suppliers to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and select potential suppliers that align with our company's goals and values.
  3. Negotiate and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our company.
  4. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Develop and implement supplier management strategies to drive efficiency and cost savings for our company.
  6. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and supplier capabilities.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on selecting the most suitable suppliers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations related to supplier management.
  9. Manage budget and expenses related to supplier management activities.
  10. Communicate effectively with suppliers to build and maintain strong partnerships.
  11. Stay updated on industry best practices and implement innovative ideas to continuously improve our supplier management processes.
  12. Lead and mentor a team of supplier management professionals, providing guidance and support to help achieve team goals.
  13. Prepare and present reports on supplier performance and other related metrics to senior management.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to ensure smooth and uninterrupted supply of products and services.
  15. Uphold the company's reputation by promoting ethical and responsible practices in all supplier relationships.
