  1. Develop and implement supplier management strategies and policies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts and agreements, and manage ongoing relationships.
  3. Monitor and assess supplier performance against agreed-upon metrics and take corrective action when necessary.
  4. Ensure that supplier contracts are in compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.

  9. Stay current on market trends and industry best practices in supplier management.
  10. Develop and manage budgets related to supplier management.
  11. Train and develop team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing supplier relationships.
  12. Make recommendations to senior management on potential new suppliers or changes to existing supplier relationships.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supplier management.
  14. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in supplier management processes and practices.
  15. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to ensure alignment and efficiency in supplier management processes.
