  1. Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and success.
  2. Lead and manage a team of strategy consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business objectives and create actionable plans to achieve them.
  5. Drive innovation and creative thinking within the team and across the organization to continually improve and evolve our strategies.
  6. Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  7. Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business strategies and opportunities for improvement.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on strategy, providing guidance and support to other departments and teams as needed.
  10. Represent Capital One at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative strategies and thought leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven Experience In Strategy Consulting: A Successful Candidate For A Manager, Strategy Consulting Role At Capital One Should Have Extensive Experience In Strategy Consulting, Preferably In A Top Consulting Firm Or A Similar Role At A Reputable Company.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Manager, Strategy Consulting, One Will Be Responsible For Analyzing Complex Business Problems And Developing Effective Solutions. Therefore, Proficiency In Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills Is Essential.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Strategies Is Crucial For A Manager, Strategy Consulting. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication, As Well As The Ability To Deliver Compelling Presentations To Senior Stakeholders.
