  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to support business growth and enhance customer experience.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution architecture with business objectives.
  4. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in designing and implementing solutions.
  5. Ensure the team follows best practices and adheres to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  6. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
  7. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  8. Identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during project execution.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve and innovate solutions.
  10. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
  11. Ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget and scope.
  12. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and drive the overall solution architecture strategy.
  13. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support solution delivery.
