Capital One is looking for a Manager, SaaS Sales Representative to join our team and help drive revenue growth in our SaaS product portfolio.The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for understanding customer needs and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience selling software-as-a-service products is highly desired. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales process and closing deals with prospects. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the SaaS product portfolio.
  2. Research potential customers and understand their needs in order to close deals.
  3. Lead the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  4. Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
  5. Stay up to date on market trends, industry best practices, and competitive offerings.
  6. Prepare sales reports and presentations to keep management informed of progress.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
