  1. Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and meet the company's hiring needs.
  2. Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
  3. Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to source and attract candidates, including job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
  5. Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  6. Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their recruitment targets and providing quality candidates.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company's hiring process.
  9. Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company culture.
  11. Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures in the recruitment process.
  12. Participate in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  13. Analyze and report recruitment data to senior management to inform decision-making.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve the company's recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.

  • Extensive Experience In Recruitment: A Successful Manager - Recruitment At Capital One Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading Recruitment Efforts For A Large Organization. This Includes Experience In Developing Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent, And Managing The Full Recruitment Cycle.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: As A Manager - Recruitment, You Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Recruiters And Coordinating With Other Departments And Hiring Managers. Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Mentor Team Members, Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders Is Crucial For A Manager - Recruitment At Capital One. This Includes Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
