- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent and meet the company's hiring needs.
- Collaborate with managers and department heads to identify current and future staffing needs.
- Utilize various recruitment methods and tools to source and attract candidates, including job postings, social media, job fairs, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the company culture.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they are meeting their recruitment targets and providing quality candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the company's hiring process.
- Develop and maintain recruitment metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company culture.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company policies and procedures in the recruitment process.
- Participate in the development of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Analyze and report recruitment data to senior management to inform decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the company's recruitment process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and train team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
Extensive Experience In Recruitment: A Successful Manager - Recruitment At Capital One Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Leading Recruitment Efforts For A Large Organization. This Includes Experience In Developing Recruitment Strategies, Sourcing And Attracting Top Talent, And Managing The Full Recruitment Cycle.
