  1. Develop and implement governance, risk, and compliance strategies for the Retail Bank Product Operations team.
  2. Monitor and analyze potential risks and compliance issues within the retail banking offerings.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to risk management and compliance processes.
  5. Oversee the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to team members on risk and compliance-related matters.
  7. Communicate updates and changes in regulatory requirements to relevant stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to risk management and compliance.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and external partners.
  10. Create and present reports on risk management and compliance activities to senior management.
  11. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve processes and mitigate potential risks.
  12. Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  13. Train and educate team members on risk and compliance processes and procedures.
  14. Continuously review and improve risk and compliance processes to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
  15. Act as the point of contact for any risk or compliance-related inquiries from internal or external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Retail Banking Or Financial Services Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Governance, Risk, And Compliance Principles And Regulations, With Knowledge Of Retail Banking Products.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Influence And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
