We’re looking for an experienced, innovative, and highly motivated Manager, Product Manager- Marketing Analytics & Products Strategy to join our dynamic team at Capital One. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our marketing analytics and products strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the analytics and products landscape, strong analytical and organizational capabilities, and the ability to think creatively.The Manager, Product Manager- Marketing Analytics & Products Strategy will be responsible for developing and maintaining key analytics and products strategies and initiatives to ensure Capital One's goals and objectives are met. You will partner with various stakeholders to ensure successful product launches and strategic initiatives. Our successful candidate will have the ability to develop plans and strategies that will optimize our products and services, and drive our customer experience.To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in product management, analytics, or a related field. You will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals is essential. You must be comfortable working with large and complex data sets, and have experience with business intelligence tools and techniques. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain analytics and products strategies and initiatives to ensure Capital One's goals and objectives are met.
- Manage product launches and strategic initiatives in partnership with various stakeholders.
- Develop plans and strategies that will optimize our products and services, and drive our customer experience.
- Analyze large and complex data sets using business intelligence tools and techniques.
- Monitor progress and performance of products and strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
