  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive identity management strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the Consumer Identity product team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of products.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and translate them into product requirements.
  4. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to inform product strategy and drive innovation.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for product initiatives.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the identity management product portfolio.
  7. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues related to product development and implementation.
  8. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other relevant stakeholders.
  9. Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  11. Collaborate with the user experience team to design user-friendly and intuitive identity management solutions.
  12. Work closely with the engineering and technology teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
  13. Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to identity management and ensure products are in compliance.
  14. Identify opportunities for partnership and collaboration to enhance the identity management product offerings.
  15. Continuously gather and analyze customer feedback to improve and enhance existing products and identify new product opportunities.
