Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and develop a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive product innovation and growth.
  2. Utilize data analytics and market research to identify opportunities for new products and features that will enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  3. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and drives company growth.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, design, and marketing, to bring new products and features to market.
  5. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and timelines are met.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Drive the development and implementation of product development processes, including testing and validation, to ensure high-quality and timely product releases.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define product vision, and communicate updates and progress.
  9. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve products.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert on product features, functionality, and benefits, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve product processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, bringing new ideas and best practices to the team.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization.
