  1. Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of product managers, providing guidance and support to drive innovative solutions and foster a collaborative work environment.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and enhancements.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to bring new products and features to market.
  5. Monitor and evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize user experience and drive business growth.
  6. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry advancements to continuously improve and evolve product offerings.
  7. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive product success and alignment with business goals.
  9. Act as a visionary leader, setting clear goals and objectives for the team, and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders, demonstrating a strong understanding of the product and its impact on the business.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Or Services, With A Focus On Customer Experience And Innovation.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Setting Goals, Providing Feedback, And Fostering A Collaborative Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present To Stakeholders At All Levels.
