Strong Technical Background: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Testing Methodologies. They Should Possess A Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field And Have Experience In Programming Languages Such As Java Or Python.
Experience In Product Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Product Management, Including Defining Product Roadmaps, Prioritizing Features, And Managing Product Backlogs. They Should Also Have Experience In Working With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Products.
Knowledge Of Test Automation Tools And Frameworks: The Manager, Product Management, Platform Test Automation Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Test Automation Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, And Cucumber.
