  1. Develop and implement product strategy for the Fuse Product, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
  2. Lead a team of product managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhancements.
  3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  4. Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and releases based on business objectives and customer needs.
  5. Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  7. Analyze and interpret data to make informed product decisions and track performance against key metrics.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and incorporate them into product strategy and development.
  9. Act as a subject matter expert on the financial services industry, providing insights and recommendations for product enhancements.
  10. Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  12. Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries, ensuring a positive user experience.
  13. Manage product budgets and resources effectively to meet business objectives.
  14. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness in product management processes.
  15. Represent the company and product at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
