Job Description

Capital One is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager of Product Management with a strong background in compliance testing to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance testing process for our new product, Reveal. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully launching compliant products.   1. Develop and implement compliance testing strategies for the new product, Reveal, to ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies.
  2. Oversee the compliance testing process, including setting up test plans, executing tests, and analyzing results.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, risk, and product development to ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.
  4. Continuously monitor and assess industry regulations and compliance standards to ensure the product remains compliant.
  5. Communicate compliance testing results and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  6. Identify and address any compliance issues or gaps in a timely manner.
  7. Provide guidance and support to product development teams to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements.
  8. Proactively identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  9. Maintain accurate and detailed records of compliance testing processes and results.
  10. Regularly report on compliance testing progress and results to senior management.
  11. Mentor and lead a team of compliance testers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality and thorough testing processes.
  12. Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure compliance requirements are met.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to compliance testing and product management.
  14. Act as a subject matter expert on compliance testing for the Reveal product, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  15. Strive to continuously improve the compliance testing process and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Computer Science, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Compliance Testing, Or A Related Field

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance Requirements, Specifically In The Financial Services Industry

  • Experience With Testing Software And Systems, As Well As Implementing And Maintaining Testing Processes And Procedures

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams
