  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the use of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in commercial banking products.
  2. Lead a team of product managers to drive innovation and growth in commercial banking through the use of AI/ML.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute on AI/ML initiatives.
  4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI/ML technology.
  5. Define product vision and strategy for AI/ML-based products in commercial banking, considering customer needs, competitive landscape and business goals.
  6. Work closely with engineering and data science teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of AI/ML-based products.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  8. Monitor and analyze product performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to AI/ML-based products.
  10. Drive a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the product management team.
  11. Represent the company in industry events and conferences to showcase our AI/ML capabilities and thought leadership.
  12. Keep abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements related to AI/ML technology in the financial industry.
  13. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior product managers and team members.
  14. Collaborate with the executive team to align product strategy with overall business objectives.
  15. Continuously evaluate and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of product management for AI/ML-based products.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management Within The Commercial Banking Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Artificial Intelligence And Machine Learning Technologies And Their Applications In The Financial Sector.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In A Fast-Paced, Agile Environment.
