  1. Develop and drive the overall strategy for the auto finance product portfolio, in alignment with the company's overall objectives and goals.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of product managers to ensure the successful execution of product initiatives and deliverables.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and identify potential opportunities for product innovation and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and technology, to ensure the successful launch of new products and features.
  5. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement of existing products.
  6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-driven decisions for future enhancements.
  7. Develop and manage product budgets and resource allocation to ensure the efficient use of company resources.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and use feedback to inform product development and enhancements.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to auto finance products and ensure products are in compliance at all times.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify potential risks and opportunities and adjust product strategy accordingly.
  11. Represent the company and its products at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting brand awareness.
  12. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Auto Finance Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With Experience Managing Cross-Functional Teams.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Auto Finance Market And Industry Trends, With A Proven Track Record Of Developing Successful Product Strategies.
